Privacy notice
This notice describes information submitted through the Grandeur World Collective website. Please use the inquiry form for introductory business information, and avoid sending sensitive financial, personal, or confidential deal materials.
Information you provide
Our inquiry form collects the contact and company information you choose to submit, including your name, email, optional telephone number, company, and message. We use it to review and respond to your inquiry, coordinate follow-up, and maintain a record of the conversation.
Who receives your inquiry
Inquiries are managed by the GWC team, including Christian Gissing and Cody Highsmith. We use HighLevel (also known as LeadConnector) for form processing and contact management, and Netlify to host this website. Those providers process information necessary to deliver their services. We do not sell inquiry information.
Website operation
Hosting and contact-management providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser information, and security or submission logs to operate and protect the service. Fonts and brand media are served with the site. Sending an inquiry does not enroll you in SMS marketing.
When you choose Play motion or Pause motion, we remember that functional preference in this browser. It controls animations and background films, is not used for tracking, and is not sent to us. Animations and muted background films start automatically unless you have chosen Pause motion. You can pause or resume them using the motion control at the top of the page. Browser playback restrictions may still require you to press Play film.
Optional analytics and advertising measurement
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand website visits, referral campaigns, conversation-link clicks and completed inquiries. Optional advertising measurement, when enabled, helps us understand visits and inquiries from Meta and LinkedIn. These services may receive technical information such as your browser, IP address, page visited and cookie or device identifiers. We do not send inquiry field values, names, email addresses, phone numbers or message content through our website measurement code.
Optional measurement is off until you choose it. You can allow analytics separately from advertising, reject optional cookies, or change your choice using . Your choice is saved for up to six months in this browser. We honor Global Privacy Control by keeping advertising measurement off. Changing your choice affects future collection and does not automatically remove records already held by providers.
Links from our social communities use campaign labels to help identify referral sources. The communities also have analytics provided by their platforms; website cookie choices do not change how those platforms operate. Our inquiry service sends the information you submit to HighLevel to manage your inquiry. Its submission record uses a request identifier to prevent duplicate processing. The normal inquiry form does not load HighLevel’s embedded scripts in your browser.
Retention and your choices
We retain inquiry information as needed for the business relationship, follow-up, and applicable recordkeeping requirements. To request access, correction, deletion, or an end to follow-up, use the inquiry form and identify your privacy request. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required by law.
External services
Embedded services and links may have their own privacy practices. You can review HighLevel’s privacy policy and Netlify’s privacy statement, Google’s privacy policy, Meta’s privacy policy and LinkedIn’s privacy policy.
Changes
We may update this notice as the website and its services change. The date above identifies the latest version.
